The officers and shareholders of a UK Company are required to be recorded at Companies House and the annual return detailing any changes is required to be filed every year. For most companies, abridged, un-audited accounts only are required to be filed annually at Companies House. All Companies need to register for Tax and file an Annual Tax Return.
