The Hong Kong Registry provides incorporation services under the Companies Ordinance. Memorandum and Articles of Association are filed with the Registry and an incorporation Certificate is issued.

Hong Kong Company names

There are restrictions in using names associated with the Government and the Peoples republic of China where special permission is needed. Companies may be formed with Chinese characters but not with a mixture of English and Chinese characters.
